At Red Carpet Luxury Hair, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and securely as possible. Please review the details below regarding our shipping options, timeframes, and terms.

Processing Times

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

£4 – UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48®)

  • FREE on orders over £200.
  • Usually delivered within 2 working days to UK Mainland.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order is handed to Royal Mail.
  • Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

£9 – Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®)

  • Order before 12pm, Monday–Friday to receive next day delivery.
  • Delivery within 1 working day to UK Mainland.
  • Delivery outside of Mainland UK (e.g., Isle of Man, Jersey, Herm, Sark, Alderney) is not guaranteed within 1 day.
  • Next Day Delivery is not guaranteed by Royal Mail on Bank Holidays or during busy periods (Christmas, New Year, Black Friday). Please allow extra time.
  • A signature may be required upon receipt.

European & International Delivery

  • Europe Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • International Delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If you choose UK Standard Delivery, and in the unlikely event your order goes missing and does not arrive within 10 working days, Red Carpet Luxury Hair will reship your order at no additional cost and handle the claim process on your behalf.
  • For European or International delivery, if your parcel goes missing, we will submit a claim with the courier. Once the claim is accepted, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.
  • Please note that Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 21 days have passed, meaning claims may take up to 6 weeks to be processed.
  • Red Carpet Luxury Hair reserves the right to request additional documentation or information from the claimant or recipient to protect against duplicate or unwarranted claims.
  • Claims can only be made in the event of loss or damage to a parcel. We cannot accept liability under any circumstances unless you notify us via email at info@rclhair.com within 28 days of your purchase date. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
